Minneapolis Gun Club Jackpot November 23, 2019 It was a bee‐u‐ti‐full day at the MGC traps today. Plenty of sunshine, wind wasn’t too bad, and 45 degrees…YES… finally a good day, The turkeys were on the line and the shooters were there to gobble ’em up. But, for many squads the turkeys were safe. Yup, it wasn’t until the eighth squad came in that were able to put some red on the leader board. And the first turkey winning a turkey???? Mad Dog Gary Pederson !!! Great shooting Gary. That broke the ice and the 25’s came in pretty good from there. But, is was so bleak that word got around that there were easy pickins at MGC that a guy on a knee scooter shows up…..and you guessed it….he goes out and bust’s 25 straight to garner a turkey bird. That guy was Mike Gunderson who recently had foot surgery and couldn’t use that leg to stand on. And to top it off, he was in a 3 way tie for 1st Class, 2nd place…and took it with the long run. Way to go Mike.

The turkey winners with 25 straights….Gary Pederson, Glenn Linden, Dennis Kecker, Curt Peterson, Scott Steffen, David Maples, Mike Gunderson, and Scott Messenger. For 24’s…..Ken Norman and Terry Peterson. Nice shooting everybody.
