Nov 19

It was a very nice day at the MGC traps……with mid-January temps and wind!!! A 20-32 mph NW wind, a 15 degree temperature with a minus 2 windchill, made it hard to focus on the targets today. NO 25 straights today and between the scores carried over from last week and today there was only ONE 24 posted. Leon Houle….outstanding shooting, nice job.
There were Butterball Turkeys on the line and some hungry shooters showed up to claim them. Thanks to everyone who participated today and/or stopped by for the banter.
A 42 carried over from last week by Gary Pederson was high gun right up to the end. Eric Gunderson on the last squad out came in with a 43. Nice shooting Eric.
Turkey winners today were Eric Gunderson for High Gun, Leon Houle for a 24, Mike Peck, Derek Fischer, Terry Peterson, Mark Cameron, Scott Steffen for 23’s, Mike Gunderson and Jeff Rempel for 22’s, and bringing up the rear, Jimmy Bowen with a 21. Enjoy those Butter Balls everyone.
