Brrrr, it was cold today. Started out with – 6 degrees with a wind chill of – 20. The good thing it did warm up…a little and the winds were light. The shooters were slow to show up but when they did the competition was stiff.  First squad out, Ray Monson posted his first of two 25 straights. A little later in the day David Maples posted one and then at the very end Bob Meyer put one on the board. Great shooting guy’s.
For a while it looked like a 44 was going to be a very good score but then John Houle and Eric Gunderson came in with 45’s. Those were looking good too but then the spoiler, Bob Meyer, posted a 46 for High Score of the day. Outstanding shooting you guy’s considering the temperatures.
Thanks to everyone who shot today especially John Houle who provided a delicious Italian Goulash hotdish. It went over really well on a cold day. For desert, a Red Velvet cake with chocolate frosting and fresh strawberries. One person there couldn’t handle the sugar high and got carried away with the whip cream….check the attachment.
The Heart Shaped Boxes of Chocolate for 25’s went to Ray Monson, David Maples, and Bob Meyer. Next high scores down went to Mike Gunderson, Tony Brand, John Houle, Gary Pederson, Eric Gunderson, Kory Miller and Brian Henderson. Congrats everyone.
The winner of the vibrator??? I mean the Muscle Massage Gun…….Bob Meyer.
1st Class
Bob Meyer  46
2nd Class
Ray Monson   42
Have a great Valentine’s Day everyone. Hope to see you next Saturday.
