Dec 12

Want a weather change in MN??? Wait a couple days or….just 5 minutes. What a change from last week and even Wednesday. A cold, windy day at the MGC traps today. Barely got to 30 degrees with a 17 to 22 mph wind out of the NE…for a while then the NW. Everybody was commenting that it was like shooting through a waterfalls as bad as your eyes blurred over. Derek Fischer found ’em though on the 1st squad out and posted a 46. Dutch Poel on the 2nd squad out found ’em too and posted a 46. Nice shooting guys.

The last couple weeks…with food involved…the 25 straights were running rampant…today???…a whopping 6…for the whole day. They were just hard to get.

But, one of those 25 straights belonged to Tony Brand. And when he got done with the singles he proceeded to punch out 24 on the Handicap field for the high score of the day..49. That was great shooting today Tony. You hit ’em hard too.

So, we had so much fun last Wednesday we’re going to do it again this Wednesday, December 16th. The weather is looking better than it was today, with a lot less wind. Hopefully you’ll be able to get out and shoot.
