Feb 2

Finally, a warm day at the MGC traps!!! 36 degrees, light winds with cloud cover made for some pretty nice shooting.

First squad out and Glenn Linden and Tim Mackey post 47’s. Second squad out and Dennis Kecker posts a 48. Nice shooting guys, way to set the bar.

A couple more 47’s got posted, Barry Gregerson and Barclay Holscher. Good going guys. Two more 48’s come in, Glenn Linden and Jimmy Bowen. But, as we all know, you don’t want to leave the door open, if at all possible. And who shut the door???? Joe Hadac, shooting in unknown territory. It was his first time shooting at MGC and posts a 50 straight. And he hit every target hard. Great shooting Joe!!!!

Don’t forget, this coming Saturday, February 9th, we’ll be hosting our annual Valentine’s Day Jackpot. Shoot a 25 straight in either singles or handicap and you’ll bring home a heart shaped box of chocolates. We’ll be awarding 10 boxes of chocolate, one per person. And, if you enter the event 3 times or more your name will be put in for the random drawing for the beautiful Heart Shaped Diamond Pendant. It might be a little on the cool side but it doesn’t look any better for a few weeks so we’re gonna shoot.
